Swanpool Inland to Maenporth, Coastal Return

From the start follow the road alongside the car park, heading away from the coast, follow the road to walk behind Swanpool lake. Just before the road bears right find a lane on the left at SW 800 316, then a find a footpath straight ahead, at the end of the path turn left, and then take the second path on the left, If you have chosen the correct path from the 4 options, you will see an electrical sub-station ahead of you.
Follow the footpath as it climbs steadily uphill through Boslowick Estate crossing three roads, at the fourth road cross to find a gate at SW 792 313.
Follow the footpath opposite, between allotments, to find another gate leading on to a road. Find the steps and stile opposite, then follow the path which turns right and descend some steps and continue to follow the path until it reaches the road.
Turn left onto Roscarrack Road and follow it a short distance to find another bridleway on the left at SW 787 311. After a short distance find a gate on the right which leads on to a footpath, follow this path through a number of fields to pass Tregedna Farm, cross a stile to reach a boardwalk, then cross a small brook using a single stepping stone. Pass through a gate and follow the path along the right-hand of the field, cross a stile to reach Rosemerryn Farm at SW 782 300.
Just past the house on the right, find a footpath on the left, and follow the path as it follows the boundary fence. At the gate turn right, on to a track, and then after a short distance turn left into a field and follow the path along the right-hand boundary to reach a gate, Follow the path to pass through another two gates then follow the lane down to Maenporth at SW 789 296.
Cross the road and turn left to walk through the car park to find the Coast Path up some steps to the right of the café. Turn right to follow the Coast Path some distance, until it meets the road at SW 801 311. Turn right and follow the road back to the start.
